INSURANCE

Yes, we do! We are an unrestricted provider, meaning our office can bill to almost all dental insurance companies for you, regardless of being in or out-of-network with that plan. Additionally, we are in-network with most of the leading carriers in our area, such as Ameritas, BlueCross BlueShield, Delta Dental, and Metlife.

Additionally, we will collect your dental insurance information prior to your first visit, so that we can do a verification of benefits to check your network participation, and to provide you with the estimated out-of-pocket cost that you will pay, to ensure you can make the best decisions for you!

Unfortunately, we do not take Medicaid. Instead, Medicaid patients who visit our office can take advantage of our non-insurance alternatives, such as our New Patient Special and in-office Membership Program!

Medicare Part A and Part B do not apply at our office, however, most patients have the option of choosing a Medicare PPO plan, which we do accept! These PPO plans are typically under a carrier such as Aetna, Humana, or United Healthcare. If you aren’t certain if you have one of these plans, you can call the number on your insurance card to find out.

Only in scenarios where the medical insurance policy has a dental rider that can be utilized. Most medical policies do not apply at dental offices.

We ask all new patients to provide their insurance information at least 2 business days prior to their first visit, so that we can verify their benefits to be utilized for the visit. If the information is not provided in advance, the patient becomes responsible for paying the entire cost of the visit upon arrival.

Not at all! We offer a New Patient Special as well as an in-office Membership to ensure that dentistry is accessible for all of our patients. You can find more details under the Financing section.



FIRST VISIT

Our New Patient Special is $250! This covers a full-mouth series of x-rays and a comprehensive examination with the doctor, including gum health and oral cancer screening. Patients who are eligible for a traditional cleaning can add this service for an additional $100.

If you have dental insurance, most plans will cover this cost for the patient. Our team will verify your dental benefits in advance of your appointment and let you know if you have any estimated out-of-pocket cost.

Please bring a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, as well as a payment method for any out-of-pocket cost (we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, CareCredit, and Cherry).

Of course! However, if you intend to fill out the forms in person, you are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to do so.

Sometimes! It will be dependent on your current tooth and gum health as well as provider availability. Patients who are eligible for a traditional cleaning can typically anticipate a same day cleaning. If a same day cleaning cannot be provided for any reason, we will help you schedule back for a cleaning within a week or two.



FINANCIAL

We collect payment for services at check-in. Please be prepared to pay any estimated out-of-pocket cost due when you arrive to your appointment.

When scheduling for treatment, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit at the time of scheduling to reserve the appointment time. Select advanced procedures, such as surgery under IV sedation, require a 100% deposit at the time of scheduling.

Please be aware that if you are utilizing dental insurance, any out-of-pocket cost quoted to you is only an estimate. There may be an additional balance due after your insurance claim is processed. If this happens, you will be contacted by a member of our staff via email or phone to collect the additional balance in a timely manner.

We have many options to help patients with monthly payments through our valued partners such as CareCredit and Cherry. You can find more details under the Financing section.

Yes, there is. To ensure that we maintain as much availability as possible for patients in need, we require a 2 business day notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Remember, our business days are Monday through Thursday. To cancel or reschedule for a Monday appointment, please provide prompt notice by the Wednesday prior.

Cancellations and reschedules made without sufficient notice may cause a $250 cancellation fee to be assigned to your patient account.



SERVICES

Our team will do what we can to accommodate families, because our doctors believe strongly in the importance of dentistry being convenient and accessible to all ages. That said, we are not a pediatric office and do not have pediatric equipment, meaning we often have to refer kids under the age of 13 to a local pediatric office instead.
